Lead consultant on a two-year project to transform TV output at Moldova’s public service broadcaster - with a focus on three landmark series.

FACTUAL TV COMMISSIONER, BBC England 2019 - 2025

Created a new and successful portfolio of programmes for the BBC’s TV channels. Worked with independent filmmakers on award-winning shows that furthered the BBC’s strategic objective of reaching new and under served audiences (see TV credits).

MENTOR, Suspilne, Ukraine 2022 - 2023

Working with documentary filmmakers operating in a war zone (Yes, I am a Woman and Visibible).

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & HEAD OF TV DEVELOPMENT, BBC England 2003 - 2019

Created, developed and produced a wide range of factual programmes for the BBC - working with the corporation’s regional teams and independent suppliers. The programmes attracted numerous awards (Royal Television Society and Focal International).

Worked with the weekly current affairs team (included two visits to Kyiv).
